ULTRASENSITIVE AIR PRESSURE SENSORModel : FKS-111

Features
This sensor can detect very small pressure change of air and gas which
are hardly detected by conventional sensors. Large pressure change,
100kPa can be detected by this sensor as well.
Comparing with conventional diaphragm type sensors, this is reasonably
priced and has high sensitivity, and its sensing element is of ceramic which
has good advantage against damage caused by excessive pressure.
This sensor is with built-in FET to convert impedance and so, the signal
is available with output voltage.

Applications
Feature of this ultra high sensitivity air-pressure sensor can be used as a sensor to convertvery low
pressure (1Pa)
This sensor can be used as a sensor to detect opening/closing doors at well sealed rooms.
This sensor can be used for sensitive pressure change sensors.
Besides above, this sensor can be used for appliances and equipments for home-automation,
safe & security, industrial & other air-switches.

Direction of output voltage
In the standard specs.,output voltage is at (+) when increasing pressure.Model : FKS-111
On request, output voltage can be arranged at (+) when decreasing pressure. Model : FKS-111M

*When a small pressure change is detected, the use of RESIN-CAP of the option is recommended.

* Signal detection at the time of abnormalities is performed from Air Pressure sensor for the purpose of
